Royals has a 20 year background in both Corporate Finance
and International Structured Finance and is a founding Director
of CG Capital. His forte within finance and banking proficiency
has generated an in-depth understanding of the structured finance
sector. |
| Jonathan worked for a
number of years as Marketing Director at Transamerica Leasing
(TAL) in the International Structured Finance division; where
he was responsible for sales and marketing and for the structuring
of transactions. |

Mark Simmons has
accumulated over 10 years experience in asset backed financing
in the transportation sector since qualifying as a Chartered
Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward. He brings his expertise in
accounting, tax and financial structuring to CG Capital both
from the UK and international perspectives. Top priority for him
is to match technical accuracy with sound economic justification
based on his know-how gained in the structured finance industry.
Mark has gained much experience from his position as Vice
President of Spectrum Capital London Limited, an internationally
renowned transportation corporate and asset financier. At
Spectrum his role bases around numerical and economic
evaluations of the financing in which Spectrum advise. These
range from finance lease evaluations for airlines, preparing
information memorandum for developing businesses to writing
detailed financial models in support of projects. Previously he
worked alongside Jonathan Royals in a small listed asset finance
group based in London.
Mark has monitored CG Capital’s rapid expansion and believes
they have identified a key gap in the market where their
competitive professionalism can add a great deal of value to
their clients.
