| CG Capital Ltd, financial arrangers
for the shipping and intermodal industry, has today announced
the arrangement of a new Representative Office, CGD Capital
Ltd. |
| CGD Capital Ltd will be headed up
by Yuval Mishori who will manage the Intermodal finance deals
across the Mediterranean region of Portugal, Spain, Greece,
Turkey and Italy.

| Rob Hawking, Marketing Director of
CG Capital Ltd, says “This is a marvellous development

| As well as heading up CGD Capital
Ltd, Yuval is currently an Agent for Bulk Haul tank containers
and was formerly an Agent for Transamerica Leasing. |
